Ok today i have finished it and i have uploaded it onto gimp. So all i have to do is post it onto my blog! Will talk when i do.

Ok this is going to be a fast diary entry i started it once again but guess what after i had done atleast 200 frames i found out that 113 frames were made on the right options. So 113 and onwards they were all made on  transperant which has happened twice to me so i am quite upset actually! I hope tomorrow i will get a chance to start it again and correct it!

Dear Diary,

So i tried it at home with the chatter box but no i think i should just change my idea to the letters moving so i tried it this lesson i made 45 frames when i realised that i made it on a transparent background so i have to make it again so thats just GREAT! So will be telling you about that when i get home.

Today i have a new idea i m going to change my idea i think i might do it on inkscape because i found a tool that looks like Pac man. This can represent the sun for yellow. I could make the sun/ Pac man talk. So i have experimented a little today i might start it at home and tell you about it next lesson.

Dear Diary, today i started my project and it is very difficult i don't know if i should use Gimp or Inkscape i have started one idea on Gimp it was about a swimming carnival and yellow wins. It is very difficult and i am unsure about what to do but next lesson which is tomorrow i will try and get some more ideas because i think i might start to use Inkscape.

For the eight of clubs we has to design our own eight of clubs using paint some tools i used were:

• Flip and Rotate
• Text
• Cut and Paste
• Erase
• Select

This exercise was good becasue i realised how much i could actually to on Paint.

Paint Tools

Gimp 10 Labeled tools

Select Hand Drawn area: Draws a line , as long as you press the mouse button down. At the moment you release the mouse button. Gimp will draw a straight line and selects everything that is in the hand drawn shape.

Select Rectangle: It selects rectangular area.

Select a contiguous Region : It selects everything of the exact same colour that is clicked with the magic wand. It is said to be useful when selecting unusual shapes.

Zoom: The tool zoom is not able to change the image it only makes the image larger or smaller.

Crop Image: The Crop tool will select a region of a image maybe a part of a image you don’t want and will delete the inside of the part selected.

Fill with a Gradient: A gradient is computer generated and merges one colour to another.

Fill area: Where ever you click on an area it will filled that selected area with the colour you choose.

Move Selection: Moves selected areas.

Smudge: The smudge tool, does what its name is it smudges what ever you select it to smudge.

Erase: It erases the areas you select it to erase.
